6:30 AM Protein Shake + milk
10:00 AM 2 slices of whole wheat bread + peanut butter
12:00 PM Pork Chop, Corn, cornbread + mountain dew
7:00PM Ground turkey + Broccoli + cheese
10:00 PM Protein shake + milk

My Promax bars aren’t here yet, but according to UPS tracking should be here tomorrow with my vitamins.
